Job Title: Law Firm Billing Analyst

Addition Management is seeking a detail-oriented Law Firm Billing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with partners and other firm management to implement annual rate structures and input data into Aderant Expert Rates with high accuracy. You will also create timekeeper rate charts for review, assist with updating documentation related to client, matter, and firm billing rates, and research and respond to rate-related inquiries from partners and accounting staff. Additionally, you will assist with matter creation, monitoring rates, and compliance with client billing guidelines, as well as creating and maintaining internal and client-required task-based billing matter plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and a background and knowledge of major law firm billing and rate processes. Previous experience (3 to 5 years) as a rates analyst, billing coordinator, or related position at a major law firm is required, along with experience using Aderant software. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
