We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Prescient Edge. Based in Camp Lejeune, NC, this role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Job Description

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in SOF logistics, particularly within Special Mission Units (SMU), U.S. Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, and MARFORSOC. The successful candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience, including recent involvement within the past five years. Our ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of logistics planning support for SOCOM exercises, including Air Support Requests (ASR) and requests for support (RFS) processes and strategic mobility planning, as well as embarkation.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing scenario-based logistics training suited to evaluate the integration of logistics into a larger exercise in a SOF environment. This includes providing exercise design and scenario development to manage all facets of the exercise life cycle, writing/adjusting scenario scripting as required to provide a dynamic exercise for training, and incorporating multinational and austere-environment considerations in scenario development and evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years SOF logistics experience (recent experience within past five years) in a Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; MARFORSOC.
  • 3 years' experience providing logistics planning support for SOCOM exercises including requesting logistics support through the ASR and RFS processes and strategic mobility planning, and embarkation.
  • 5 years' experience using logistics-based programs (TAMIS, ICODES, SSDM, SMS, IBC, Tracker Light).
  • Minimum of one SOF deployment coordinating U.S., coalition, and host nation resources for movement of SOF personnel and equipment.
  • Familiarity with contracting process.
