Job Description

As a Java Cloud Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications using Java. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based applications using Java, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to industry standards.
  • Work closely with junior team members to guide and mentor them in their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Java and cloud computing, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements
  • Expert-level programming skills in Java, with a strong focus on cloud-based development.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to estimate tasks and schedules, and participate in requirements gathering and design activities.
Preferred Skills
  • Core Java, J2EE, Webservices (WebSphere)/Micro-Services, Bootstrap, JSP, Servlets, XML, SOAP, RESTFUL, Structs / Spring batch, SQL.
  • JMS MQ, JPA / Hibernate, Angular, HTML5, jQuery.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
