Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Work collaboratively with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and treatment outcomes
- Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CCHT certification
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
