Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Service Coordinator to join our team at Whitsons Culinary Group. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and serving areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and preparing nutritious meals for students in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Coordinating menu planning, inventory management, and ordering of supplies and equipment.
  • Leading a team of food service workers to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food service industry preferred.
  • Servsafe certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in fast-paced environment.
