Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for management review.
  • Support the creation of accurate financial statements.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare intercompany billing documentation.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage intercompany consolidation and eliminations.
  • Handle treasury functions, including cash forecasting and compliance with loan agreements.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Process accounts payable transactions as required.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with accounting, finance, and operational teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain business relationships.
  • A strong team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates self-motivation and independence.
