4. **Team Direction:** Provide guidance to the management team and staff to meet location goals and objectives.

6. **Financial Planning:** Contribute to the preparation of the location's budget, operating expenses, and annual operational reports.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
