Job Description

Entertainment Technology Partners is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering equipment to and from show sites, representing the company in a professional manner, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare loads in and back to the warehouse, ensuring proper positioning of product and secure load to avoid shifting or damage in transit.
  • Plan trips for most economical and efficient routing, conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicle, and replenish required fluids.
  • Drive to designated delivery locations, operating within legal parameters for weights, hours, and speed, and in compliance with all defined regulations.
  • Locate and identify appropriate venue and receiving location, direct and participate in the unloading of truck, and ensure the security of truck and remaining contents.
  • Maintain communications with manager, report any unusual circumstances, and maintain availability for work within area of venue during business hours.
  • Assist warehouse staff, managers, and others to prepare loads, maintain documentation, and clean warehouse, receive and ship freight from warehouse using approved carriers, and prepare labels for said shipments.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
