The Systems Manager, Audio is responsible for developing technical solutions and providing support to all business units of ETP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and designing new systems and packaging to ensure LMG provides innovative solutions that fit the needs of all ETP brands.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation to educate and support the sales, operations, and technical teams.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to maintain show technical quality and reviewing confirmed show quotes for the appropriate utilization and specifications of technical equipment.
  • Acting as an internal technical consultant, relaying technical issues and trends to LMG leadership and Show Services staff to improve overall process.
  • Designing, evaluating, and innovating Quality Control processes with the operations team.
  • Ensuring overall quality of product inventory to fulfill ETP company standards.
  • Advising on potential investments in new technology and product life cycle for the Audio Department.
  • Providing technical support to show technicians to ensure the quality of the ETP brand.
  • Assisting technical leadership and operations leadership in training and development of show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff.
  • Traveling to show sites to validate success of system designs and deployment.

Base Salary Range: $80,055.32/yr - $118,636.20/yr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
