Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated System Engineer 2 to enhance our operational capabilities within the Orion Consortium. This role focuses on optimizing end user experiences and ensuring seamless integration of advanced applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment and integration of the 1E application throughout the organization's user environment.
  • Evaluate and enhance customer end user experiences using 1E, identifying opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders to merge 1E with existing systems like Splunk and SCCM, maximizing operational effectiveness.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at continuous service improvement and bolstering security measures.
  • Employ analytical tools and metrics to assess and report on user experience, performance, and compliance standards.
  • Provide expert technical support for troubleshooting issues related to 1E, Splunk, and SCCM.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to empower end users and IT teams in effectively utilizing 1E.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in end user experience management and IT operations.
  • Utilize Splunk and SCCM tools to support programmatic cohesion where 1E may not suffice.
  • Continuously analyze end user performance to identify underperformance causes, collaborating with service owners to devise improvement strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in End User Experience Management or a similar capacity, with a focus on 1E application deployment and management.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adeptness in troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT operations, with experience in Splunk and SCCM environments.

Required Certifications:
IAT Level II certification is mandatory.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.

Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or GED with 19 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.

Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI FS poly clearance is necessary for this position.

This position necessitates a TS/SCI clearance.
