Are you FIS? Role Responsibilities: As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will represent FIS, working closely with clients as they adopt our solutions, transforming the banking experience.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational requirements of our clients to facilitate data mapping and system conversions.

Upon evaluating client needs, you will develop a comprehensive roadmap to guide clients through the implementation process while educating them on our products and assisting them with setup and integration.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to identify data requirements for software utilization.
  • Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that detail the conversion of each field.
  • Executing tests to ensure customized software meets specific client needs.
  • Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to verify the conversion process is on track.
  • Training clients on new systems and procedures.
Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate these concepts to customer groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

FIS is dedicated to providing its employees with exciting career opportunities and competitive compensation.

The salary range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 to $86,000.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location.

Within this range, actual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter regarding the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
