  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Revenue Management: Assist in maximizing revenue goals through up-selling and down-selling, and effectively coordinate daily arrivals and departures.
  • Cash Handling: Follow hotel cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on revenue opportunities and work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Training and Development: Attend meetings and training sessions as requested to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education/Experience: Customer service experience or hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English for understanding business letters, memos, customer interaction, and presentations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, treating all guests and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
  • Work Habits: Meet and exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.

Compensation: $15/hour plus tips, with a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, critical and accident insurance, PTO, and hotel discounts.
