We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cascade Services, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between insurance companies, customers, and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their vehicle repairs
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Salary range: $41,000 - $51,000 per year (DOE)
