Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to assigned service calls and complete restoration work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, restoration supervisors, and other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and office areas as needed.
  • Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment.
  • Set up staging equipment for all work activities on each project.
