Position: Regional Director of Clinical Operations
Company: CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse, preferably with a BSN, to fill the role of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This leadership position involves overseeing multiple facilities and requires regular travel.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long-Term Care, with a preference for those who have served as a Director of Nursing (DON).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and care standards across facilities.
- Conduct weekly visits to facilities for audits, interventions, and training sessions.
- Provide training and support to new nursing management personnel.
- Ensure facilities are prepared for State Surveys and assist during the survey process.
- Support the development and implementation of Plans of Correction.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, life and disability insurance, and medical, dental, and vision coverage. Qualifications:
- Active RN license, with a preference for a BSN, in the relevant state.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Long-Term Care and Nursing Consulting.
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee operations at various facilities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Current CPR certification is required.
