Customer Experience Ambassador

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a warm and welcoming personality, with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a memorable experience through genuine enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation. You will be responsible for processing guest orders efficiently, handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system with accuracy and speed. Additionally, you will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the store, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, along with a willingness to learn and grow, is essential for long-term success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet and engage with guests, using effective communication skills to determine their interests and needs.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including routine cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and dress code requirements.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business demands and priorities.
Salary: $12.00 per hour
