About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Healthcare Ambassador to provide exceptional patient experiences. This role involves checking guests in and out of onsite hotel accommodations, ensuring a warm and professional greeting. You'll be responsible for creating a patient-centered environment, exceeding guest expectations, and making them feel valued.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$75,000, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities- Create a patient-centered environment by exhibiting patient and visitor sensitivity and concern.
- Check guests in and out of onsite hotel accommodations, greeting all visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Exceed guest expectations by providing excellent customer service.
- Patient-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior healthcare experience preferred.
