Physical Rehabilitation LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the direction of an RN to contribute to the assessment of patients and develop a plan of care. You will perform interventions, including specimen collection and wound care, and may administer medication as directed by the RN.
Your primary responsibility is to document patient care given and provide assistance with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate should have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:- A valid LPN license from the Virginia Board of Nursing or compact State
- BLS certification - American Heart Association
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work all shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
