Seeking Skilled PTA to Enhance Resident Care

Piney Forest Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 120-bed healthcare facility in Virginia, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed in the state or nearing licensure through completion of an approved program.The ideal candidate will assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans that meet resident needs while adhering to all relevant regulations. By working closely with staff, this dedicated professional will promote optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for our residents.We offer a competitive salary range $45,000 - $60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, including affordable health insurance, paid time off, and extra pay for holidays.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to create personalized treatment plans
- Implement treatments according to established protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
A valid license to practice as a PTA in Virginia or completion of an approved PTA program and active pursuit of licensure
