Salary

We offer competitive salaries, with an estimated annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The RN/LPN provides supervision of staff and ensures the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safeguarding resident rights and dignity
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
