Greet and room patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow
Update patient medical charts with accurate and timely documentation
Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider

Provide patient education and personal patient care to ensure patient comfort and well-being
Process refills for prescriptions following clinic protocol under direction from providers
Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with fellow clinic employees, managers, and providers
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years' experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) preferred
