Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Cardiac Study Center/Pulse Heart Institute. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team in our outpatient cardiology settings.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient scheduling and flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
- Record patient medical histories, take and record vitals, and document lab results and other confidential information for medical records.
- Assist physicians with medical treatments and exams, including giving injections and taking samples as needed.
- Prepare exam rooms and clean medical instruments between patients.
- Manage medical supply inventory, restocking exam rooms as needed.
- Assist patients with any questions they may have, providing clear and compassionate communication.
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.

What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our starting pay for this position is $22.96, with a pay scale of up to $41.61 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, certification(s), and/or education.
