Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the administration of our field office. The successful candidate will assist in achieving project profitability and schedule goals. Key responsibilities include updating and maintaining project documentation, preparing distribution lists for subcontractors, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience. Basic estimating and scheduling skills are desirable, as well as the ability to read and understand plans and specifications. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to use independent judgment and be self-starting. Drafting and computer skills are also desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Basic estimating and scheduling skills
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
• Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
• Drafting and computer skills (desirable)
