Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients undergoing organ transplantation or abdominal surgery
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and education to patients and their families
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) Registration and South Carolina Dietetics License
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
