Medical Laboratory Specialist

JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, transfusion service, and microbiology.
- Work under general supervision, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Clinical Laboratory Assistants and other technical team members to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
- Associate's degree in Laboratory Science is required.
- Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification (ASCP) is required.
- Credentialing through the Proficiency Examination administered under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is required.
