Job Description

As a Veterinary Diagnostic Solutions Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor for veterinarians and pet owners, providing expert support and guidance on our innovative diagnostic tools and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through in-person visits, phone, and email support
  • Providing training and education on our diagnostic tools and solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns
  • Collaborating with field sales representatives and customer support teams to develop strategies for customer success

With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results-driven solutions, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting, with a training and/or leadership background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires:

  • Regularly standing and sitting for extended periods
  • Extending and reaching with hands and arms, and using hands and fingers to handle, squeeze, twist, and manipulate objects, controls, and tools
  • Occasionally climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • May be required to lift, move, and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Hearing acuity sufficient to effectively communicate with customers and employees via telephone and in person
