Drive Sales Growth and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a key member of our team, you will contribute significantly to driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with Home Depot leadership and support installation efforts to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. With a focus on store connectivity and sales impact, you will promote Crew2, conduct product knowledge events, and build lasting relationships with store management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • You will serve as the primary point of contact and resolution for customer concerns, working collaboratively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
    • Collaborate with local municipalities to secure necessary permits and requirements for completing installations, ensuring compliance and timely project completion.
    • Represent Crew2 as the spokesperson for customers, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Home Depot Store Interface
    • This position will support the growth of the Pro Flooring program through training and educating Pro Desk Associates at Home Depot stores, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
    • Promote sales activities for Sell, Furnish, and Install (SF&I) programs where applicable and store-based programs, focusing on lead generation, open quote review, and collaboration with store associates to understand sales drivers.
    • Act as a resource and point of contact for Home Depot leadership, providing expertise and guidance to drive business success.
    • Identify opportunities for product and installation demonstrations and trainings, securing alignment with Crew2's Customer FIRST commitment and conducting engaging demonstrations and/or trainings that involve store management and team members.
    • Inspire store leaders and team members with business-driving initiatives, such as running contests within stores, hosting product knowledge events, tracking visit frequency and impact, and actively participating in store events promoting awareness of the Crew2 brand and commitment.
  • Interaction with Installers
    • Conduct job site visits to assess quality of work, performance, and compliance with service provider requirements, ensuring adherence to high standards.
    • Provide coaching to installers on best practices and opportunities for efficiency, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
    • Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience, partnering with installers to manage obstacles and delight customers, thereby driving repeat business and referrals.
    • Engage in activities attracting new high-quality installers to Crew2, including developing strong relationships with existing service providers to cultivate referrals and promoting Crew2 in the community.
  • Business Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and perform other duties assigned to support successful installations.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
