Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Rochester Regional Health is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the staffing office, ensuring optimal resource sharing and staffing for all departments within the scope of the defined Staffing Office.
  • System Management: The successful candidate will manage the Kronos system, input data from variance logs, and enter schedules, while reviewing overtime and non-productive time with the manager prior to submission on payroll.
  • Reporting: The Staffing Coordinator will distribute pay period FTE reports, variance reports, and other necessary reports to the director/manager.
  • Leadership: The key contact for staff regarding Kronos issues, schedule requests, and agency staffing, the Staffing Coordinator will understand contract terms, including cancellation policies and hourly rates, and liaise between clinical coordinators and agencies for required forms.

Requirements:

  • Staffing/scheduling experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills: The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers, and external agencies.

Physical Requirements:

The Staffing Coordinator will be required to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, with the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
