Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Supply Technician to join our team at Northwest Ambulance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of medical and emergency supplies in our fleet of ambulances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track inventory levels of medical and emergency supplies to ensure our vehicles are always stocked and ready for response.
  • Order and restock supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Inspect and verify the quality and expiration dates of supplies to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Organize and arrange supplies in a systematic and accessible manner to facilitate efficient retrieval and use.
  • Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure seamless supply management and minimize disruptions.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and usage to inform future inventory management decisions.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when handling hazardous materials or sensitive supplies to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to safely operate an oversized vehicle and possess exemplary safe driving skills.
