Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Supervisor to oversee the management of employee benefits and compensation packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or compensation and benefits and be proficient in salary reviews and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to analyze and review current salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Develop and implement new salary scales for various roles and departments.
  • Assist with the rollout of new salary brackets to various departments and gather feedback.
  • Partner with benefits providers to compare offerings and improve employee work-life balance.
  • Provide education and training on benefits to managers and staff members.
  • Supervise benefits administrators and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Liaise with providers to enroll the company and its employees in benefits schemes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a benefits-focused role.
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with benefits providers.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and software, including ATS and CRM systems.
