Job Summary

MRC Global is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day benefits programs, including life event management, vendor relationships, and benefit integrations.
  • Lead annual enrollment planning, testing, execution, and auditing in Workday.
  • Assist in preparing employee benefits guides and other benefits communications.
  • Develop, refine, and document benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure US benefits operate in compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees on benefits eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits.
  • Partner with the Benefits team and Payroll to ensure proper benefits deductions occur with each payroll process.
  • Manage Canadian Retirement Plan and Disability programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five or more years of Benefits experience, including 1 or more years of 401(k) plan administration.
  • Preferred experience with Workday Benefits Administration.
