Job Summary

York Technical College, a public institution of higher education, seeks a qualified Adjunct Nursing Instructor to join our faculty team. As a member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical assignments for students
  • Supervise students providing direct client care
  • Grade student written work and provide feedback
  • Advise students on clinical progress and performance
  • Maintain effective communication with staff and faculty
Requirements
  • Hold an unencumbered, active, current license as a registered nurse in the State of South Carolina or another Compact state
  • Hold at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
  • Have at least two years experience related to the area of assigned teaching responsibilities
