Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Genesis Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents, while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This includes evaluating patients to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. The LPN will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, and administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents

  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
