Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings.
  • Work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to ensure the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
