Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Casa Real Center - Santa Fe, NM. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining accurate records and reporting any adverse reactions or concerns.
- Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $35 per hour

- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
