  • Maintain accurate financial records for properties in line with the organization's policies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control measures.
  • Compile year-end documentation for tax professionals.
  • Record transactions at the property level through journal entries.
  • Manage cash flow, distributions, and related activities.
  • Conduct project cost accounting and financial reporting.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, complemented by relevant accounting experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting or equivalent public accounting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and advance projects independently.
  • Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate management software.
