Role Overview

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our dining experience. Your attentiveness and collaborative spirit will contribute to an exceptional visit for every guest. In this position, you will support our service team by ensuring seamless operations, anticipating guest needs, and crafting memorable experiences that reflect outstanding hospitality.
  • Assist in the setup and clearing of tables, which includes organizing utensils, plates, and glassware, while promptly removing used items to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining area.
  • Support servers by delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as necessary, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
  • Engage with guests as needed, addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout their meal.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and other restaurant personnel to ensure efficient service, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to uphold service excellence.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, while adhering to food safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Back Server is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
