  • Menu Familiarity: Acquire knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist Guests effectively.
  • Exceptional Service: Greet Guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns or special requests with professionalism.
  • Sales Enhancement: Proactively suggest additional items or promotions to enhance the Guest's experience.
  • Order Preparation: Ensure that orders are packaged accurately and presented neatly for Guests.
  • Cash Register Oversight: Maintain the cash register, perform cash drawer counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area and dining space tidy and organized, ensuring a pleasant environment.
  • Order Flow Management: Monitor the order queue to ensure timely preparation and service.
  • Delivery Assistance: Support the delivery of orders to Guests or coordinate with team members for efficient service.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a cashier role within a restaurant or customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with Guests.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to operate a cash register and manage currency.
  • Physical agility for bending, stooping, and reaching.
