Manufacturing Technician Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, emphasizing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost efficiency
  • Be adaptable to work various shifts, including potential rotation
  • Comply with plant safety regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Accurately follow set-up and operational protocols to ensure quality standards
  • Operate entry-level machinery in accordance with established procedures
  • Facilitate product transfers, parts assembly, and quality assessments on the production line
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to tracking protocols
  • Uphold company policies and provide assistance to colleagues as necessary
  • Maintain a tidy work environment and complete all required documentation
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
  • Conduct all duties with integrity and in compliance with legal standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Proficient in measuring, reading, writing, and accurately documenting work
  • Solid foundational math and reading skills
  • Aptitude for broad thinking while executing detailed tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a data-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
