About the Role

Kleen Test Products is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Mequon, WI manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain all production equipment and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Execute line and equipment changeovers to meet production demands.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
