Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain all production equipment and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Execute line and equipment changeovers to meet production demands.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred.
