Physician Psychiatrist Opportunity in Northeastern NY State

Physician Empire is seeking a skilled BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our team in the picturesque Northeastern Tier of NY State, situated above the snow belt and within proximity to Ottawa and Montreal.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our established inpatient unit and outpatient clinic teams, providing comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic mental health illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic psychiatric patient evaluations for diagnosis and management of mental health conditions.
- Provide pharmacological interventions, psycho-education, and crisis management.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to implement appropriate precautions and ensure patient safety.
- Participate in shared on-call duties, including night and day call, and weekend coverage.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $250,000 + DOE, plus RVU production incentives. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and an attractive benefits package.
Enjoy 30 PTO days, including vacation, personal, sick, and CME time, plus 7 holidays. We also provide moving expense reimbursement and an annual CME allowance.
