Event Marketing Representative

This is a part-time opportunity working approximately 20 hours per week, requiring weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with homeowners and potential customers at events to increase brand awareness and convert leads to quoting opportunities.
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal targets by effectively utilizing sales strategies.
- Participate in regular meetings with managers to discuss progress and goals.
- Support company initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the highest level of personal ethics and adhere to all Pella of TN policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- A friendly and outgoing personality is essential for success in this role.
- Possess a valid driver's license with four points or less on your driving record within the last three years.
- Have reliable transportation for local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree can be beneficial for career growth and development.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or event execution can be advantageous.
Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
