About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Martial Arts Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching martial arts classes to children, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment, and helping to develop the skills and confidence of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach martial arts classes to children of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. education, fitness, etc.) preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a martial arts or fitness setting
  • Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of teaching martial arts classes
