Job Description

Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the way martial arts is taught to children and adults. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional black belt instructor who shares our passion for teaching martial arts and believes in the organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and adults. They will be responsible for providing daily martial arts instruction, supervising students, and creating a safe and fun learning environment.

We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, and creative, with a commitment to producing high-quality work and contributing to the growth and development of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily martial arts instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Supervise students during training sessions and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and challenging for students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our organization by sharing ideas and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required.
  • Teaching certification (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Be willing to travel and respond to emergency situations that may require running and climbing stairs. Good physical condition is required to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
