Assistant Manager in Training Program

This 8-12 week training program is designed to develop you into an Assistant Manager at one of our Planet Fitness locations. You'll be trained on our systems, processes, and culture, and will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and develop high-performing team members
  • Drive results and achieve key store metrics and performance
  • Ensure club readiness and maintain quality standards
  • Manage employee status, wages, employment, schedules, and benefits
  • Assist with administrative tasks and equipment and facilities upkeep
  • Support the fitness instructor and engage with new members
  • Operate IPAD/Tablet, Microsoft Office, point of sale system, and member management system
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR certification
