This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to recruit and onboard high-quality providers to support the needs and goals of Norton Medical Group.
{"h2": "Key Responsibilities"}- Develop and implement comprehensive provider recruitment and onboarding plans to ensure timely completion of all onboarding activities, including reference checking, payor credentialing, hospital privileging, insurance credentialing, provider contracting, and orientation activities.
- Lead the provider onboarding team and develop processes to ensure efficient and effective onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain a standardized recruitment tracking and reporting mechanism to share with Norton Healthcare and Norton Medical Group senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, including physician and executive search firms, locum tenens companies, recruitment media, and job board companies.
- Develop realistic budgets and evaluate spending on an ongoing basis to maximize cost-effectiveness in relation to return on investment.
- Directly supervise staff and ensure compliance with the organization's policies.
- Lead all provider recruitment team efforts, offering consultation, support, leadership, and strategic oversight to identify, attract, and hire the highest quality providers.
- Develop criteria and implement processes for the selection, recruitment, and onboarding of new providers.
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies and partner with executives and operations directors to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting providers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
