Exciting Opportunity: A leading medical device organization is seeking a Clinical Specialist to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and education to facilitate the integration of advanced technology within Cardiac Cath, Hybrid OR, and IR Labs across various accounts.
  • Install medical equipment and devices, educate clients on optimal usage, and foster relationships at multiple contact points to ensure enduring customer satisfaction.
  • Support consumable product goals through consultative selling, education, and procedural assistance within a designated territory and as part of a team in key accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications include RCIS, RN, or RT, or a related healthcare license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in interventional or peripheral cardiovascular laboratories, along with a comprehensive understanding of current interventional practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations during training sessions and customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular laboratories.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Experience in scrub roles is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $109,500 plus a $30,000 bonus, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits package, and 401k with matching contributions.
