Job Overview

The Clinical Trials Investment Group is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Operations Coordinator with a strong background in clinical research. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate clinical research activities effectively.
  • Provide essential support to investigators in preparing and executing assigned research protocols, including reviewing study documents and utilizing electronic data capture systems for data recording.
  • Recruit and screen participants for clinical trials while maintaining accurate logs.
  • Guide research participants through the study process.
  • Develop and maintain source documentation in accordance with protocol specifications.
  • Schedule and conduct study visits, ensuring all study procedures are performed accurately.
  • Collect, document, and preserve research participant data in compliance with protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage laboratory testing and analysis, including the preparation of specimen collection materials and logistics.
  • Monitor participant safety and report any adverse reactions to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Address study-related inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Participate in all required investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and training sessions mandated by the sponsor.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with medical terminology.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 365 applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Certification in ICH and GCP guidelines.
