- Identify and monitor prospective multifamily acquisition targets.
- Support the preparation and negotiation of letters of intent and purchase agreements.
- Facilitate the due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Assist in financing strategies for acquisitions and refinancing existing properties, including preparing loan packages and negotiating terms with lenders.
- Contribute to the disposition process, including internal valuations and negotiations with brokers.
- Prepare presentations for investment committee reviews regarding acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.
- Maintain an organized electronic database for transaction records.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with multifamily properties.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional interactions.
