As a key member of the Zirconium team, you will oversee the management of US Catalysis accounts within a designated business area. The primary objective of this role is to enhance and expand the sales volume, revenue, and profitability of these accounts through close collaboration with sales, technical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. A proactive mindset and willingness to travel extensively across The Americas, with potential for global travel, are essential.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture the business relationships with both existing and potential Direct Accounts in the Catalysis sector.
  • Achieve annual and quarterly financial objectives in alignment with the Company's budget.
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across customers and products.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products to customers.
  • Actively engage in the innovation of the product portfolio to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage pricing implementation, address customer complaints, and assist with credit control inquiries.
  • Contribute to the monthly forecasting process.
  • Drive business growth in accordance with the company's strategic vision.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Travel to customer locations and events as required.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure, with a strong drive for achievement.

Education and Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
